Export-CmApplication does not work with PS 7

When using Export-CMApplication the following error occurs when using PS 7

Export-CMApplication: Method not found: 'System.Reflection.Emit.AssemblyBuilder System.AppDomain.DefineDynamicAssembly(System.Reflection.AssemblyName, System.Reflection.Emit.AssemblyBuilderAccess)'.

This article indicates that it should work:
Support for PowerShell 7

Please update the documentation to indicate that the command is not supported in Ps7 or advise on how to use the command in PS7
