Hi, I recently started using Edge as my main browser on macOS, and I’ve run into noticeable lag and glitches in DevTools.
Before this I was using Chrome, where the same workflow feels smooth. I recorded a video in case anyone has any suggestions.
I disabled all features in the experimental DevTools settings, thinking maybe one of them was causing the slowdown, but it didn’t help. Switching between elements and changing CSS properties often causes DevTools to re-render or flicker.
My machine is a Mac mini M4 with 16 GB of RAM. The CPU is not under load, and memory usage is also fine.
