Hello:
I can use WebView2 browser in WinForms project to visit some web site, which has embed HLS video, but I want to be able to play any HLS m3u8 link directly using WebView2 browser. Let me know if it is possible, or if not possible now, can you add this feature in the near future.
I can show you one of such HLS m3u8 link, it will always work if you want to test it:

The scenario/use case where you would use this feature
From time to time, I need to use WebView2 control in my Winforms project to place some HLS videos, so this feature is very useful.
How important is this request to you?
Impactful. My app's user experience would be significantly compromised without it.
Suggested implementation
VLC Player, which has NUGET package, it can natively support play HLS video.
What does your app do? Is there a pending deadline for this request?
Now, I can use VLC Player with Nuget package to do the job, so it is OK for now.
