[bug][Webview2][Download window][Accessibility] Move download widow position

HI, as you can see from the picture below, the position of the download window clashes with acessisbility features that allows to close/minimize/maximize the window;
is there any api available to manage the location of the download window?

Or are you folks aware of this bug already and there is a fix ongoing?
