Missing instructions? is lab02: Integrate Azure OpenAI into your app

I was going through **Lab 02: Integrate Azure OpenAI into your app** in that lab the files we get is C# folder, Python Folder and text-files folder. I just wanted clarify that if we have to use text-files document, then their is no mention in instructions and not even in any code from where we are accessing the document.
