Feature Request: Skip or remember player name entry

It would be convenient to be able to set a player name that persists between sessions.

I'd like a config file where I can set:

`SkipPlayerNameEntry=1`
`Player1=Jane`
`Player2=John`


**Describe alternatives you've considered**
I've looked over Preferences.ini and Starlight's config files, but I can't find an option for setting names.
