Feature Request: Add support for DDR A20-style course banners #75

DDR A20 (PLUS) and A3 have course banners that have a drastically different aspect ratio from previous games: 16:3 (e.g. 550×103px). Currently, the theme only supports the traditional DDR banner aspect ratio for course banners (16:5; e.g. 512×160px). There should be an option to toggle between traditional DDR banner aspect ratio (16:5), square jackets (1:1), and DDR A20-A3 course banner aspect ratio (16:3).
