That's hopefully a temporary failure on jitpack's side.

Does go to highlight that one should not rely on jitpack primarily - this is not the first time that jitpack mistakenly assumes that vault is a private repository. Regardless, jitpack is likely to remain the only official source where you can obtain Vault.
