[BUG] Resizing Window Not Working (Windows 11)

Prerequisites

• I have searched existing issues and found no duplicates
• I have checked the FAQ/Wiki and found no solution

Description

With Goofcord Open, I am unable to adjust the size of the Window.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open Goofcord
2. Try double clicking the title bar to maximize, does nothing. Try dragging edges, does nothing (Don't even see drag icon). The fullscreen button does work.

Expected Behavior

Open Goofcord, and can adjust window size dynamically by dragging.

Actual Behavior

Nothing happens. No drag icon, just stays fixed size.

I did try that, but just tried again.
When relaunching It actually hides the entire title bar (including the close, max, minimize buttons) and opens it fullscreen. Can't drag it or anything

Also unrelated, but didn't want to open a new issue if I'm just missing it.
Is there a way to enable in-game voice chat overlay? So I can see names of who's actively talking while in a game.

I can't reproduce this, and don't have any ideas as to why this could theoretically be happening.
Perhaps you have "Transparency" enabled?
