return prefix / suffix tables and axplanes to user

We have successfully addressed most cases in which axplanes and line/row pre/suffixes prevent us from reading the image or table they are attached to. However, we do so by throwing these "non-primary" data away. We should implement a way to parse these data into objects accessible through `Data`.
