Some apps are installed as mobile version, not ATV version

Some apps are installed as mobile version, not ATV version.

System: Dynalink TV box, original Lineage 20 wade OS, Mind the gapps ATV version.

When installing apps via google play store, some apps are installed as mobile versions.
When installing via Aurora Store and "spoofing an ATV device" (they call it this in the app), these apps are installed as correct ATV versions.
Updates via Google play store override this and the apps are in mobile version again (screenshot 4) and so unusable on an ATV.

Where is the problem located? Lineage OS, Mind the Gapps? the user? My fault in doing something wrong?
Any hints, help, etc?

(I had no issues of this kind with the original Dynalink ROM with integrated google)
