Add Hebrew data source(s) #3

Description

Hebrew is a language I would very much like to support, but we currently have no data sources for it. A simple Github search for "Hebrew dictionary" looks like it contains some potentially promising data sources, but below are a few concrete examples we could shamelessly copy use data from.

  1. https://github.com/openscriptures/strongs
  2. https://github.com/gregarkhipov/milon
  3. https://github.com/danielpassy/Anki-CardOTron appears to be doing nearly exactly what cardbuilder does but for Hebrew, so presumably there's some usable data source there. It's also the backend for https://github.com/danielpassy/Translang-Deck.

I haven't been able to investigate any of these options thoroughly, but it's probably a safe bet at least one of them is usable. As always, be careful of licenses.
