Everything looks dim, even during the day #208

Hi! Thank you for such a great mod, I'm super excited to see where this goes. :D
Anyway, my problem is everything looks super dim. If I move the camera around quickly it looks brighter for a second, but when I stop it becomes dim again. Even if you look right at the sun everything is really dark. Looking down does make things brighter until you look up again. Another issue is this trippy wobbly effect when looking far away and walking.
This is with default settings and vanilla textures. I tried SPBR textures processed with the python script but it looks the same, just more noisy.
