Re-write token system into User system #14
Description
Allow users to have access to multiple repos, multiple paths.
So that 'lex' can read 'all' orgs, and write 'forge' in subpath 'net/minecraftforge/lex'
Make a pretty frontend to list and manage users/permissions.
