iPhone 5 iOS 6.0.2 unjailbreaks and breaks stock apps

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. 6.0.2 iOS on AT&T iPhone 5
2. Install repo
3. Install app
4. Restart spring board

Expected to be able run the snoop-it app
Instead found cydia force closes along with all other jailbreak apps including 
snoop-it.


What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Does the problem persist after uninstalling Snoop-it or manually moving 
/Library/MobileSubstrate/DynamicLibraries/SnoopiTweak.dylib?

Which other dynamic libraries are available within the directory above?

I don't have SSH access anymore.
None of my JB apps run so I can't get access to the FS
Running evasi0n again tells me that I'm running a semitether? (it was sully JB 
with evasi0n when I started. 
I'm backing up now. I'll try a fresh install of the os and then I'll do a fresh 
JB and install Snoop-it, see if I get any issues there.
