Snoop It crashes on iPad 4 (device keeps rebooting)

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Download Snoop IT v1.0.1 from Cydia on iPad 4 with iOS 6.0.1
2. Wait until installation complete
3. Problem occurs

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The iPad will keep rebooting itself

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
iPad 4 with iOS 6.0.1

Please provide any additional information below.
- Cannot boot into DFU mode
- The iPad installed a lot of dylibs (e.g., xCon, MobileSubstrate etc.)

After continuous rebooting for 10 minutes, I see the home screen.

However, Issue #1 occurred - all apps downloaded from Cydia (including Snoop 
IT) crashes when I open them.

In addition,
1. iFunbox now cannot recognize the device
2. iTunes cannot recognize the device (connected to the PC)
3. all self-signed binary crashes
