Cydia App wont work

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Add Cydia App to the list in snoopi.
2.Load the APP
3.App Loads but no change in snoopi , it looks like it does not detect the app 
and does not hook with it.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
A snoopi port succesfuly opened at 12345 and normal info of the apps 

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
iOS 6.1 , snoopi 0.4

This is not a defect, Cydia /chooses/ not to load substrate tweaks 
intentionally. The issue arrises when a tweak causes applications to crash but 
maybe not SpringBoard. In this case a user won't be sent into safe mode and 
will be unable to remove the tweak, since Cydia crashes. Cydia's codebase does 
manually dlopen some substrate tweaks that are considered safe, however.
