Error downloading libraries on first run

Causes a "connection refused" error with the current version which results in a crash when the mod starts loading. The mod refuses to load.

It downloads things from https://jcenter.bintray.com/ . This website is now secured with certificates issued by DigiCert, and the relevant DigiCert root certificates were added to Java in version 8u91.

If you update past java 8 version 91 it will be able to download the files.

I think a lot of launchers default to java 8 version 54 for some reason, which is several years old. The latest version of Java 8 is version 412 anyway.
