The flagship axis. Ramp robot count (real stacks plus synthetic senders together) against the aggregating Shipper using the ramp controller and saturation probe over the two-tier topology, reporting through the curve reporter. Assert zero loss via the existing verifier at every sustainable load level — a throughput figure obtained from a configuration that was dropping Records must never be reported. Emit the PRD's required closing sentence: one aggregating Shipper sustains N robots at M Records per second before applying backpressure, measured with X real stacks and Y synthetic senders, extrapolated beyond Z. Then prove the instrument itself: run the same ramp against a deliberately resource-constrained aggregating Shipper and show it reports a materially lower ceiling than the unconstrained run — a limits harness that cannot demonstrate detecting an induced limit has not been shown to work.
