Crash just after tapping backup/restore

After opening Mirakel 3, I went to settings > backup/restore and app throws a crash (screen attached). Device is HTC One M8 with Android 5.0.2 and AR locale. What other details are needed to help solve this bug ?

Can't apply a "bug" label, may be due to my GH rights. Can anyone label this issue a bug to be resolved ?
