treewide: Remove Edge Impulse support and Machine Learning application

Removing:
- applications/machine_learning
- samples/edge_impulse
- lib/edge_impulse
- relevant docs, but keeping references in Known Issues, old Release
  Notes and some other places (replacing links with plain text)
