必须指出的是，本《目录》是 CCF 认为值得计算机界研究者们发表研究成果的一个推荐列表，其目的不是作为学术评价的 (唯一) 依据，而仅作为 CCF 的推荐建议供业界参考。还需要说明的是，由于领域的交叉和视角的差异，同一刊物/会议在不同领域存在认识上的差异是正常的，本列表也只代表了 CCF 对这些会议和刊物的推荐建议。此外，刊物和会议的影响力并不直接和发表在其上的单一论文的影响力发生联系，因此不建议任何单位将此《目录》简单作为学术评价的依据。如果由于将此《目录》作为学术评价的依据而引起纠纷，本学会不承担任何责任。
Computer Science Conference Rankings
CSRankings: Computer Science Rankings https://github.com/emeryberger/CSrankings
- This ranking of top computer science schools is designed to identify institutions and faculty actively engaged in research across a number of areas of computer science. Unlike US News and World Report's approach, which is exclusively based on surveys, this ranking is entirely metrics-based. It measures the number of publications by faculty that have appeared at the most selective conferences in each area of computer science.
- This approach is intended to be difficult to game, since publishing in such conferences is generally difficult: contrast this with other approaches like citation-based metrics, which have been repeatedly shown to be easy to manipulate. That said, incorporating citations in some form is a long-term goal.

期刊的局限性：
- 周期太长。
- 一般是单盲，即审稿人可以看到作者是谁，这样就有很大的操作空间 /doge 。
当然，双盲也可以通过拉小群的方法操作，哪怕是顶会 /doge 。

此外，还能在顶会上亲眼见到大佬、与大佬近距离交流，还可以公费旅游 (签证顺利的话) 。
计算机、信息领域主要的出版社有：
- IEEE，Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers，电气电子工程师学会 (一般读作 I triple-E)
- ACM，Association for Computing Machinery，国际计算机学会
- USENIX
IEEE 和 ACM 期刊中最「顶级」的一般是 Transactions，简写为 Trans. ，中文翻译为汇刊，内地高校一般比较看重这种期刊。
如果一个期刊简称的第一个字母是 T，一般就是 Trans. 。
- 一般而言，Trans. 如果挂 IEEE Fellow 名字，会更容易中很多、审稿周期也短很多。
- 一般而言，中国人 (或者说内地机构的作者) 占比越大的会议 / 期刊越水。
