Links to Resources and Pretrained model data not available

Hello,
For the steps to set up everything locally for the project, two steps involve.

1. Download all the resources from here and place them in the res/ directory
2. Download the pre-trained models from here and place them in the models/ directory

Both of these require a link to Google Drive which is not available. Could they please be relinked.
