Doesn't work for existing emails

If you join the team and then fill out the form again with the same email address, it says "Success! Check your email for an invite!" but no invite is sent by Slack.

Possible fix could be to check with the api for an existing user with that email address and let the user know they are already joined with a link to the slack.
