Add option to Hide Previous Comments

When we set create-new-comment to True . We should automatically hide all previous comments .
This keeps the commit tree organized as compared to having multiple comments and confusing the Re-viewer

Thanks for the suggestion! However, I think the default behavior already solves your use case. When create-new-comment is set to false (which is the default), the action updates the same comment instead of creating new ones.
This keeps your PR clean with only one comment, and you can still view the complete history by clicking the 'edited' indicator on the comment to see all previous versions.

The create-new-comment: true option is specifically for users who want multiple separate comments to remain visible. If you want a clean PR without clutter, I'd recommend using the default setting.

Could you explain your use-case a bit more? Specifically, why would you prefer create-new-comment: true with hidden previous comments, rather than using the default behavior where GitHub manages the edit history?
