Rearrange smartphone and mcu imu csv data

1. Add header to extracted mcu imu csv data with names
   'timestamps', 'gyro_x', 'gyro_y', gyro_z', 'acc_x', acc_y', 'acc_z', 'temperature'

2. Rearrange smartphone gyro and acc data columns and add header with names
   'timestamps', 'gyro_x', 'gyro_y', gyro_z' for gyro csv and
   'timestamps', 'acc_x', acc_y', 'acc_z' for acc csv
