Describe the bug

in the logs we get:
[mdb-2126] The downloaded file from https://www.stm.info/sites/default/files/gtfs/gtfs_stm.zip is not a valid ZIP file.
I reran the processing for this file just to make it sure i get the same result and it's consistent.
downloading from browser seems to work just fine and writing a quick python script to get it also seems fine (i.e. valid zip)

Steps/Code to Reproduce

• Go to https://mobilitydatabase.org/feeds/gtfs/mdb-2126
• See the last downloaded date was in June
• Open the producer URL
• See the feed is active based on feed_info.txt

Expected Results

Feed downloads new datasets and is active.

Solution as discussed is to use the custom header solution implemented in #1363
