Requesting Monifactory update to 0.10.5 #190

we are currently 6 version behind, the latest version is 0.10.5 and the server is still on 0.9.10, the changelogs are big but there are some big changes that would be nice to have in game, notably enderio version update, plus plenty of ae2 fixes and recipe and texture fixes
