Install the last update from windows 11 (KB5065426)
Try to up/down brightness
Option 2:
go to Settings (modernFlyouts) Brightness controller and move the brightness controller
Try to up /down brightness (function keyboard)

Up / down brightness value
❌ Actual Behavior
Not up/ down brightness value
