Mention ramzor app & publish it's source code

MOH developed ramzor app at:
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.moh.alert.ramzor
but the source code for it isn't published, please publish the source-code as well in this organization on github.
also it's worth mentioning this app as well in the README and in app description in appstores.
