Another contributor is working to create Settings Page. There is slight difference between Settings & Get Help page. SO, you may get help from him

Before creating the page, follow the following things

• The Page you build need to be responsive
• The Navbar should be as same as other pages
• When Submitting your PR, you need to provide the live link which is hosted in github pages
