Documentation improvements & spring cleaning 🧹 (#159)

* Fix issue with incorrect typing for StrictReactNode

* Update docs, remove old references, fix linting.

* Add useFacetUnwrap docs.

* Add quick reference sections to docs, add section on creating custom equality checks.

* Update docs (incorrect references), update incorrect equality checkers.

* remove redundant code.

* Use latest version of the library from the docs (without requiring re-publish).

* Add docs for transitions, useFacetWrapMemo and some NO_VALUE usage.

* Add docs on NO_VALUE behaviour in map/memo/setters

* Fix syntax issue.

* Add sections to hooks.md on facet reference stability on dependency changes.

* Move hooks and equality checks out into their own pages.
