We were having an Optimus training today, and here few comments/idea that came up with the group:
- It would very convenient to have the BLANK field in the experimental design, automatically populated by the group mapping file.
- Regarding the feature_quantification_matrix.csv, it would be needed have the corresponding standard deviation for FTIC, FMEAN, FMEDIAN to have a comprehensive statistical insight.
- Also, an interesting idea is to keep only features which have at least two isotopic pattern peaks.
- Moreover, regarding the awesome retention time cut-off feature, would it not be more efficient to have this implemented in the node "Detect LC-MS features" ?
