Discord link problem

The discord link for the chef‘s delight discord on the modrinth aswell as curseforge sites are invalid.
I hope they get updated soon because I have questions.

The same also applies to github link, but only on Modrinth.

Link featured on the side of the page leads to non-existent repository ChefsDelight/BrewinAndChewin

While the correct is ChefsDelights/BrewinAndChewin (has an "s" at the end of the organization)
