Hi, We have been using the kakfa provider version 0.2.12 with TF version 0.12.27 from a long time and now have a requirement to upgrade the TF version to 1.3. As this is quite a bump and I am aware the breaking changes that were introduced in TF version 0.13, is there a recommended upgrade path along with the kafka provider versions?
