Provide Instructions on Reproducing the Problem

When casting spells in 3rd person, the spell rays are correctly projected in the camera's direction, but the character’s arms do not follow this orientation. Instead, the arms remain fixed in a static direction, which leads to a visual mismatch between the animation and the actual spell trajectory.

Expected Behavior:
The arms (or upper body) should rotate to align with the camera's direction when casting a spell, so that the animation matches the direction of the actual spell ray.

Actual Behavior:
The spell ray correctly follows the camera's direction, but the arms remain pointing in a default or fixed direction.
