MacOS setup should not use wget, should use curl instead

The macOS Wine setup instructions use wget, but wget isn't installed on macOS by default. Running the command as written gives zsh: command not found: wget.

Two easy fixes:

1. Swap to curl, which ships with macOS:

   curl -fsSL https://monogame.net/downloads/net8_mgfxc_wine_setup.sh | bash
   

2. Or add brew install wget to the prerequisite list alongside p7zip.

Option 1 is probably cleaner since it avoids an extra dependency.

The instructions already include having brew install wget on the line above the command to use it

Using wget or curl really doesn't matter here, curl is fine. wget is more commonly used in documentation to keep documentation portable between *nix systems

Ya but why have extra steps if they're not needed? As proof from my friend who was trying it, he missed the steps and was left scratching his head. I don't think RTFM is the right answer if we can remove unnecessary steps.
