Add PayPal button to donate page. (#180)

* Add PayPal button to donate page.

* Move PayPal between other buttons for symmetry

* Standardise blog footer, with Finance and Store links.

* Fix finance and store links.

* Use white version of PayPal logo.

* Centralise blog footer in website/_includes/partials/_blog_footer.njk and reference it everywhere.
