U.I Enforcer MKII personal shield bug.

Description

After a little while (without taking damage) the shield will lose all power and enter a "spooling up" state forever.

None of the other similar shields share this behavour, I think it might be a power supply issue?

This isn't explicitly a bug. Shields have two reserves of "power", one represents the shield's Strength, the other represents its Battery. The battery charge for the UI suit depletes faster than it recharges, forcing you to keep the shield de-activated even if its Strength is still 100%.

Changing that would be more of a balance decision, and less of a bug.

Ok I ran some timers on the recharge you mentioned heres what I came up with:

Freshly spawned shield duration: 3 min
One min spent off: 15 seconds duration regained
Two min spent off: 30 seconds duration regained

Following that logic it would take a full 12ish min to recharge? I'm unconvinced thats intended. Either way it could do with a description or interface change. There is no indication of limited duration etc. I've seen folks get confused about it quite often when it unexpectedly cuts out on them
