The "Intensity_Ratio_Nuclei_Cytoplasm" cannot be downloaded

The page for the download of the "Intensity_Ratio_Nuclei_Cytoplasm" is not working/loading and the tool cannot be downloaded. Is there a solution for this problem?

Hi @Larifari99-YAP,

thanks for reporting this problem. I saw that the link on the tool's page was still pointing to our old server. I updated it to point to the version in the github now.

Please go back to the wiki-page of the tool and try again. You might need to make sure that you're not reading the page from cache (Hit ctrl+R or ctrl+F5). Right click on the link Intensity_Ratio_Nuclei_Cytoplasm.ijm and select save link as from the context menu. Save the file into the folder macro/toolsets of your FIJI. The toolset should now be available under the toolset selection button>>.

Please let me know if still doesn't work.

Thank you a lot @volker-baecker !! I was able to install the toolset into my Fiji. But now I have the problem that I am not able to open the operation settings. When I do a right click on the c-, b- or s- button nothing opens for adapting/changing the intensity ratio options etc. Do you have a suggestion what could be the problem?

I'm sorry, I have never seen that and when I test it it works, so I don't know how to help you here.
As a workaround, you can open the toolset in the script editor and change the default parameter values at the top of the macro toolset. Save the modified toolset and reselect the toolset from the >>-button. The last part is important, without it the changes won't be taken into account.
What operating system are you using?
