Add more configuration properties for CD plugin

1. Max included resources per TYPE. Allow to set a default value per type e.g. 100
2. How to behave if More Hops were requested - fail or process as long as possible. How to behave if More Max Resources were requested - fail or process as long as possible. As one property or 2 separate.
3. Place marker property to 'meta' indication that request was truncated. Also, indicator if everything was reqtrieved - that would be useful. Same as for pagination.
4. DISALLOWED_HEADERS - make configurable? (in addtion to the default set)
5. Cache setup via interface. - Why? No need.
