Android 6.0.1 no image

I've built a basic app using this plugin and everything is working fine except for the fact that when I try access the image eg. http://192.168.16.13/live.jpg which is my phones IP there is no image. Also when I try access eg. http://192.168.16.13 from a local PC I get a list of files and folders (looks like the phones root) but no live.jpg is present. I've tried building using Android 22 SDK and set my app permissions to allow camera.

Android 6.0.1 and Android 5.0.1 aren't working yet when I ran this on Android 4.* it worked.
