review: bat displays binary `.pkg.tar.zst` file

Description

When I upgrade an aur package, with review enable, paru displays the content of .pkg.tar.zst file.

I get the additional information before the contents of binary files is shown:

    [bat warning]: Binary content from file '/home/dominic/.cache/yay/meridian/meridian-v1.43.0.tar.gz' will not be printed to the terminal (but will be present if the output of 'bat' is piped). You can use 'bat -A' to show the binary file contents.

@sanpii i figured out a work-around: adding --batflags=" --binary=no-printing --paging=never" to paru prevents bat from showing me the contents of binaries! funnily enough, the combined output is still in a pager though.

It looks like adding BatFlags = --binary=no-printing --paging=never under [bin] in your paru.conf fixes it so you don't have to keep adding it to the cli. i just confirmed it works.
