feat: Add `--verbose` flag to `patch` subcommand

Feature description

The Patch subcommand (for now) currently logs all output at the INFO level making it hard to show varying levels of information depending on the user's preference. This change also requires changes in the patcher repo.

Motivation

Better logging control is required.

@LisoUseInAIKyrios One issue, how do I test this? Changes span across 2 repos, so how do I get the cli to follow my local patcher?

If you have checked out morphe-patcher in the same parent folder as morphe-cli (folder/morphe-cli, folder/morphe-patcher), then when building cli it will automatically use the local morphe-patcher source.
