Add Bazarr to docker-compose-*.yml files and include instructions for Bazarr in the README

Current subtitles may not work for certain movies (or perhaps shows, I have not tested for shows yet) in other languages (shows in foreign language may not come downloaded with your native subtitles).
I setup Bazarr on my Isyrr install on it was able to grab the necessary subtitles. I can make a pull request later this weekend/week updating the compose .yml files and the README with basic setup instructions.
