Detect "brightest" but not "darkest" pupil with mot/mov SVD

Hello!

Thanks for your great tool! A problem for me is that we have enhanced the pupil visuality via its reflexing infrared light. Which makes our pupil the most brightest part (shown as figure below). I read the documentation and found it just opposite for facemap to detect pupil. I wonder if i can somehow, slightly edit the source code somewhere to make it work? (like, to detect the largest pixels but not smallest)

Hi @AmadeusMJY yes you're right. Facemap does use the darkest region. You can try editing the code or inverting your videos for pupil tracking so that the ROI can still track the region. Let me know if that doesn't work.
