can not find the packages and raw data in the example notebook

Hi,
Appreciate your sharing. I can not find some packages and data in the example notebook, for example, dev.encoding.reduced_rank_regression, Farah.neural_utils in neural encoding model notebook, and TX61_3x.npz in maximally activating stimuli notebook.
I am not sure where to find them.
