Stand alone cvPCA function?

I assume somewhere in the code there is stand-alone cvPCA function... can you help me find it?

shuffledSpectrum.m is the stand-alone function.

I've also added a python folder with it implemented in utils.py as "cvPCA". "shuff_cvPCA" runs multiple shuffles of the first and second repeat (trading stimuli back and forth). See the notebook powerlaws.ipynb for run info + pre-processing.
