Where might partner logos go in new petition pages? #181

A page like https://petitions.moveon.org/workingfamilies/sign/say-no-to-unqualified-1 shows a partner logo next to the MoveOn logo. The new version of that same petition, https://petitions.moveon.org/2018r/workingfamilies/sign/say-no-to-unqualified-1, doesn't currently have the logo. As a quick solution, we're going to put it under "Author" and above the partner's name, but partners may push to have it more prominent and/or closer to the top of the page, so would like to explore how that might work. Complicating location somewhat, these logos generally assume they'll be displayed on a white background.
