I wanted to do a full rewrite since the code is kind of ugly and lacks of optimization and add more features to it
Moxie versions changed to year-like versioning: yearlast2digits.revision (example: 23.17)
for dev builds: minutedaymonth (example: 25304) I may need help with this one I don't have any better ideas
the To-dos will be in the "Moxie 23" project
